How to Help
There are MANY Ways To Support The Team
Pay Your FEES: All Booster Fees, Student Athlete Fees, and any tax deduction donations all go to the whole swim and dive team.
Make a TAX DONATION: You can make a tax donation specifically to the swim and drive program. Head to the BOOKSTORE for more info.
Donate FOOD: The swimmers get hungry and thirsty. The Boosters want to support the swimmers with snacks and drinks and meals at invites. In order to do this, we encourage donations. Examples include, but are not limited to, water, gatorade, simple snacks that are easy to digest at meets, and simply gift cards to grocery stores. See SIGN-UPS for each meet
Donate EQUIPMENT: Our equipment that we shared got relocated with Corona who will swim at a different pool. Therefore we are trying to build our equipment selection. If you have any new or gently used swim equipment, send them our way. Specifically coach is looking for kick boards, fins, and snorkels.
Take PICTURES: Do you have a photography gene, passion, etc? We need as many pictures as we can of these athletes. This supports the end of the year video that will be shared at the banquet. Please send all photos to Marianne Luken
HOME MEETS
Volunteer Jobs that are needed at each home meet are:
Set Up: At least two adults are needed to help place tents, tables, chairs, etc so that the meet can start on time.
Timers: We need two timers per lane to run a swim meet. Nazomi pool doesn't have touch pads, so the only way to get times is from the volunteers. There are six lanes that are used during a meet - so 12 timers are needed.
Head Timer: One volunteer is needed to start watches at the beginning of each race in case a timer's watch backfires.
Runner: One volunteer is needed to collect timer sheets after each race
