How do I REGISTER my NEW and RETURNING athlete for the Swim and Dive Team?

WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

1.   Register at AKTIVATE (formerly register-my-athlete) to be cleared prior to the AIA season in order to practice and compete.  This process includes uploading the following information:

   • • • Read and e-sign Code of Ethics, MTBI/Concussion Protocol, Parent/Student Handbook, Rhabdo, and NIL Acknolodgement

       • Paperwork that can be downloaded on the website and uploaded once completed (Birth Certificate, Physical Forms, Consent to Treat, Emergency Care, Brainbook

       • Once you are on the roster, you will need to pay Student Athlete Fee:  A fee of $50.00 will need to be paid in the bookstore. Bring the receipt to the Athletics Office.

2.   Fill out the REGISTRATION google form BEFORE team meeting on August 9th from 10:00 to 11:30 in the SMALL GYM

   • • • Pay BOOSTER FEE ($200 per athlete and/or $225 for seniors)

DIVERS ONLY:  Impact testing must be completed (dates TBD)
